COVID-19 Updates

Temporary flexible cancellation policy available through Aug. 24, 2022. Vacation points, housekeeping credits, reservation transaction(s) used will be returned to account within 72 hours upon cancellation.

Guest reservations are limited at this resort during peak travel times. Before you book a vacation for a guest, review the dates and information on Timeshare Owner Priority Reservations.

Travelers to USVI will be required to provide proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (either molecular or antigen) obtained within 5 days of travel. Proof of testing or vaccination card must be uploaded through the U.S. Virgin Island Travel Screening Portal.

Our updated housekeeping protocols for our resort operation teams are in place to minimize potential exposure to COVID-19 for our associates as well as owners and guests. These protocols include temporarily suspending housekeeping services while suites are occupied, including stay-over cleans for extended stays.
